We act solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between our clients and third-party travel suppliers. Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, tour operators, and other travel providers are independent entities solely responsible for providing the travel services purchased by our clients.

Reservations and Pricing

All travel quotations are based on pricing and availability at the time they are prepared. Prices, promotions, availability, taxes, supplier fees, and applicable surcharges are subject to change without notice until your reservation has been confirmed and any required deposits or payments have been received.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Reservations become confirmed only after the applicable supplier issues an official confirmation. Deluxe Travel Spot cannot guarantee pricing or availability until confirmation has been received from the supplier.

Payments

By submitting payment, you authorize Deluxe Travel Spot to arrange travel services on your behalf. Payment schedules are established by each travel supplier and may require deposits, installment payments, or full payment before travel.

Failure to make required payments by the supplier's deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of deposits, additional supplier penalties, or complete cancellation of travel arrangements.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary among travel suppliers and may differ depending on the type of reservation purchased. Many vacation packages, cruises, hotels, airfare, promotional rates, and theme park tickets are non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.

Any refunds, travel credits, or future travel certificates are governed solely by the policies of the applicable supplier. Deluxe Travel Spot is unable to modify, waive, or override supplier cancellation or refund policies.

Professional planning fees or service fees charged by Deluxe Travel Spot, if applicable, are separate from supplier charges and may be non-refundable.

Travel Documentation

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required for their trip, including valid passports, visas, government-issued identification, vaccination records, health documentation, and any additional documents required by airlines, cruise lines, immigration authorities, or destination governments.

Deluxe Travel Spot shall not be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed departures, additional expenses, or travel interruptions resulting from incomplete, expired, or invalid travel documentation.

Health Requirements

Travel requirements, health regulations, vaccination requirements, and government entry restrictions may change at any time. Travelers are responsible for verifying all requirements applicable to their destination before departure.

Travel Insurance

Deluxe Travel Spot strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, supplier default, and travel delays. Travelers who decline travel insurance acknowledge that they assume all financial risks associated with unforeseen travel disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Deluxe Travel Spot acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking intermediary. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, transportation provider, resort, attraction, or other travel supplier.

Accordingly, Deluxe Travel Spot shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, delay, inconvenience, missed connections, schedule changes, cancellations, supplier bankruptcy, mechanical failures, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, border closures, pandemics, acts of terrorism, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of Deluxe Travel Spot shall be limited to the amount of any professional service fees paid directly to Deluxe Travel Spot.
